Discover Spinoffs Of Historic Major National Dialogue Two Years After

By Raymond Dingana In a bid to quench the fire ignited by the ongoing crisis rocking the North West and South West Regions of Cameroon, the Head of State, President Paul Biya okayed the Major National Dialogue, MND which took place between September 30th and October 4th, 2019. The initiative that brought together delegates drawn from the ten regions of the national triangle finally gave birth to 80 recommendations. The second anniversary of the MND was observed few days back at a time when the recommendations arrived at are still being implemented. According to a document titled  "the Compendium of government action/measures to address the situation in the south west and north west region of cameroon ," thanks to the MND,  the Special Status which was born. It was placed under law number 2019/024 of December 24th 2019 and was to institute the General Code of Regional and Local Authorities. Bamenda: Armed Men Kill Person With Disability

By Raymond Dingana A man whose name we got as Ndifor has been killed by armed men around Church Center, a neighborhood in Bamenda II Sub Division of the embarttered North West Region of Cameroon.  Ndifor who was the owner of a Provision store at Mile 90 Nsongwa around a military check point was killed on Friday at about 7:30pm. His lifeless body with bullet wounds and a shattered head was discovered near his wheelchair. Ndifor Lying In The Pool Of His Own Blood After He Was Shot. By Raymond Dingana A police officer by name Garga Ali has been shot by armed men as he fought to prevent an act of robbery from taking place at Way Out Nkwen Park, Bamenda III Sub division, North West Region of Cameroon. This was when gun men stormed the area targeting a provision store where they brandished their weapons and demanded that, the shop owner should empty his coffers in to their bags. By Raymond Dingana Separatist fighters in Bali Nyonga, one of the focal points in the ongoing war in the restive North West and South West Regions of Cameroon have placed on a ban on the activities of the Presbyterian Church in Bali. They said, the ban will only be lifted after the resignation of PCC Moderator Rt. Rev. Fonki Samuel and the and Rev. Simon Voma. Voma was shot along with other Christians, including a woman by name Ma Grace Numvi, who died from the bullet wounds. Victim Of Mforya Military Raid Expresses Desire To Further Education

By Raymond Dingana Ambe Lum who was shot around the abdomen when the Cameroon Military raided what it described as one of the main camps of kidnappers in Mforya Bafut is finally up and kicking after  several days of intense treatment at the hospital. She was speaking Wednesday September 01, 2021 after recovering from the bullet wounds she sustained during a raid that left five kidnappers dead as indicated by the military. After spending 13 days at the 5th Region Military Hospital in Nkwen Bamenda, North West Region of Cameroon, Lum has finally regained her health and has left the hospital as she looks to kick on back with her life. By Raymond Dingana A woman whose only name we got as Grace has been shot and killed at the Presbyterian Church in Ntafoang Square, Bali Nyonga of the North West Region of Cameroon, Sunday August 22, 2021. Reports say Christians were in church when heavily armed men dressed in military uniforms entered the church compound and opened fire.   Grace was shot in the neck and died on the spot. A pastor and many other Christians were shot and were rushed to a health facility for medical attention. We also gathered that, many have abandoned their homes and have taken rufuge in the bushes. Suspected Kidnappers Strike Nkwen Again

By Raymond Dingana A man has been kidnapped by gun men at the Ghana street neighborhood in Nkwen, Bamenda 3 Sub Division of the restless North West Region of Cameroon. Fobi Nchinda Vincent was abducted in the evening hours of Saturday August 21,2021. Sources say, heavily armed men took him in his car to an unknown destination. The recent case of kidnapping is coming days after Gen. Nka Valére of the Fifth Military Region in Bamenda said, the Cameroon military has killed five kidnappers at one of their main camps in Mforya Bafut, one of the epicenters of the ongoing Anglophone crisis. Few weeks later, General Nka Valére of the 5th Joint Military Region told the press that, "a tip off from an informant has led to the killing of five kidnappers in their hideout in Mforya Bafut." By Raymond Dingana There have been recurrent cases of kidnapping for ransom in Nkwen, Bamenda III Sub Division of the restive North West Region of Cameroon for some weeks now. Just this week, more than seven people have been kidnapped by armed men. The kidnappings have been very frequent, especially around Mobile Nkwen, where the kidnappers easily escape through Cow and Ghana Streets. The gunmen are always armed to the teeth and their actions well-coordinated. Their targets are mostly owners of provision stores and beer parlours under the pretext that, they sell drinks of a particularly brewery company. Three persons were abducted at a drinking spot at Ghana Street on Tuesday in broad day light.
