President of the Republic of Cameroon- Paul Biya By Cham Victor Bama At the close of 2018, the sociopolitical atmosphere in the North West and South West regions was cataclysmic.  The level of violence and destruction had hit unprecedented heights with many fearing for the worst. But President Paul Biya, in his usual wisdom opted for a fresh approach to address the concerns of the people of the two English-speaking regions.    He made known his resolve when he addressed the nation at the end of 2018.  Thus, the country entered 2019 with a new government under the directive of the Head of State given firm instructions to take actions towards turning the tides around.   With this new Presidential resolve, came a change in government.  President Biya reshuffled the cabinet. Minister Delegate To The Ministry Of External Relations, Mbayu Felix Minister Felix Mbayu was born in Big Mankon, Bamenda and started his educational expedition in St Joseph primary school Big Mankon, Bamenda where he obtained his first school leaving certificate.  From there, he  attended the prestigious Sacred Heart College Mankon in Bamenda and pursued his High School studies at the legendary Cameroon College of Arts Science and Technology CCAST Bambili in Tubah from where he obtained the GCE A Level. As NWRA Votes 2023 Budget, Population Sets Own Priorities

NWRA President And Colloborators By Raymond Dingana The North West Regional Assembly(NWRA) has settled on the sum of 4 billion, 691 Million FCFA to carry out development projects in 2023. The budget was voted recently during the December session of the Assembly under the theme: Citizen Participation in a Bottom Up Approach In Sourcing Activitivies from the communities. Following the October 6,2022 Ministry of Finance [MINFI] and the Ministry of Decentralization and Local Development [MUNDDEVEL] circular transferring competences and terms of reference, the Hon. President of the NWRA, Fru Angwafo III indicated that Housing and Town Planning, Transport, Leisure and Tourism will be areas of focus though others will not be ignored.
