Minister Delegate To The Ministry Of External Relations, Mbayu Felix Minister Felix Mbayu was born in Big Mankon, Bamenda and started his educational expedition in St Joseph primary school Big Mankon, Bamenda where he obtained his first school leaving certificate.  From there, he  attended the prestigious Sacred Heart College Mankon in Bamenda and pursued his High School studies at the legendary Cameroon College of Arts Science and Technology CCAST Bambili in Tubah from where he obtained the GCE A Level. The budget was voted recently during the December session of the Assembly under the theme: Citizen Participation in a Bottom Up Approach In Sourcing Activitivies from the communities.
