October 12 Poll: Bony Dashaco Declares Support For Biya

Bony Dashaco, a well-known Cameroonian media leader and Chairman of ACMAR Media Group, has endorsed President Paul Biya for the October 12 presidential election. 

The young and influential figure recognized for his philanthropy and job creation, expressed his support during a phone interview with The Guardian Post. He stated,

“I fully support His Excellency Paul Biya in the upcoming election.” 

He praised Biya’s leadership over the past 40 years, emphasizing the need for an experienced leader in Cameroon. Dashaco noted that Biya has guided the nation through tough times and possesses the wisdom and patriotism necessary for the country's growth. 

As a businessman, Dashaco believes that supporting Biya will improve the business climate for investors. He also highlighted the importance of peace and unity in Cameroon as reasons for his endorsement. Dashaco reaffirmed his commitment to supporting Republican institutions and Biya’s leadership.

Bony Dashaco: An Inspiring Figure

Bony Dashaco is admired for his resilience and dedication. He recently received a traditional title, "A Timbi-Lionge wa Soppo ndene," meaning Great Economic Operator, for his contributions to socioeconomic development and youth empowerment.

Despite the challenges posed by the Anglophone crisis, Dashaco has continued his operations in the South West Region, supporting families and maintaining jobs. He advocates for resolving the crisis through economic reforms and played a key role in organizing the South West Development Forum in 2022.
