Internally displaced persons in Bamenda,North West Region of Cameroon have decried what they say is the poor quality goods received from the Bamenda Regional Center For Humanitarian Assistance. The internally displaced persons were speaking to  DRAY INFO on Tuesday July 23, 2019 at the Bamenda II DO, s office during the distribution of Basic Humanitarian Needs to internally displaced persons, in Bamenda II subdivision of the North West Region Of Cameroon. According to this internally displaced person from Benakuma resident in Bamenda II sub division, the quality of some of the goods especially the mattress he received is of very poor quality: “ I am very disappointed with the quality of the mattress I have just received. Reports from Douala, Economic capital of Cameroon say, a woman by Christaina, 31-years-old has been arrested by the Forces of Law and Order for allegedly pouring hot water on her maid when the maid was sleeping. Sources from the Bonaberi neighborhood in Douala where the incident took place say, the 13- years- old girl by name Beauty who came to that house and was never given a room and a bed to sleep on was always sleeping but on the floor, sources have confirmed. Many in Bamenda have lashed out at the Association of Tradi Practitioners in Cameroon for abandoning their colleague,Dr AL Moubarack of AL Moubarack's Naturalist clinic  kidnapped since Sunday July 14, 2019 at his Foncha Street neighborhood in Bamenda, North West Region of Cameroon. Pro-Independence fighters in Bali Nyonga, a village in Mezam Davision, North West Region of Cameroon have detained some of their colleagues who appeared in a video that went viral on the social media showing them molesting women carrying children. According to report from Bali, the video was allegedly taken on Monday July 15, 2019 at the Ntahko’o neighborhood in Bali. The actions by some of the fighters in Bali have received wide condemnation both at home and abroad. In another video that went viral on social media, Wednesday July 17, 2019, the Pro Independence fighters who appeared in the video showing them molesting the women are seen on their knees faces masked and answering to questions from a voice suspected to be that of one of their leaders in an undisclosed location. The Head Of State, President Paul Biya of Cameroon has signed a decree extending the mandate of municipal councilors  to the 29 of January 2020.The presidential decree extending the mandate of municipal councilors is dated Monday July 15, 2019.The municipal councilors were elected in September 2013.This is the second time that municipal councilors are benefiting from an extension of their mandate.The first extension was in July 2018.

The proprietor of  AL Moubarack Naturalist  clinic situated at S-bend mile 3,Nkwen Bamenda has been abducted by yet to be identified gun men. Dr. AL Moubarack was abducted on the night of Sunday breaking Monday July 15,2019 at his Foncha Street residence.
