Insecurity:Armed Men Kill 4 Persons In Mbei Village, Santa

  Crowd Mourning The Victims In Mbie Village, Santa By Raymond Dingana Denizens of Mbei village in Santa, Mezam Division,North West region of Cameroon are yet to come out from the shock that befell them when armed men killed four of theirs including some Princes and a quarter head. We gathered that Achiri, Ngu,Terrence and Sylvanus were shot dead at a drinking spot not far from the Mbei Palace, Saturday night breaking Sunday April 23,2023. Sources have also indicated that gun shots were heard in the evening hours of Saturday and the end result was four men lying dead in the pool of their own blood.  Caskets Bearing The Victims Being Taken For Burail One of the victims is suspected to be the bar owner with many saying he was one of the quarterheads in Mbei. Unofficial sources have it that the gunmen took away some of those who were at the bar where the incident happened.   Suspect Reconstituting Act At All Saints Bayele Church Cemetry By Raymond Dingana 11:40 am, Commissioner of Judicial Police Bamenda  Tahr Ako Agbor Ambang   leads security officials    alongside 35-year-old Toh Peter, suspect behind the defilement of a grave at All Saints Bayelle Cemetery Nkwen, North West Region of Cameroon. The mission is for Toh to reconstitute what he did on the night of April 15, 2023 at the cemetery where he dug a grave and harvested human bones with the aim of making fast cash.  At the cemetery Saturday April 21,2023, Toh is uncuffed, handed the same tools he used to dig out the dead body.   Police Officers At The All Saint Bayele Nkwen Cemetry With The Suspect By Raymond Dingana A young man suspected of digging up the grave of late Mr.Yufela Gilbert who before his death was the District Head of Elctions Cameroon also known as ELECAM has been arrested by forces of law and order. This was after he successfully dug up the grave of late Yufela Gilbert at the All Saint Parish Bayele Nkwen  Cemetry over the weekend and harvested the arms. An ELECAM staff whose names we are keeping for security reasons confirmed to drayinfos.com that the tomb was actually that of his colleague. He narrated to us what he said was the version of the story he got:  It would appear the act was committed in the night of 15 breaking 16 April.   Mr.Balungeli Confiance Ebune Speaking At The 5th Session Of The PPRD By Raymond Dingana President Paul Biya's determination to reconstruct the two English speaking parts of Cameroon through the Presidential Plan for the Reconstruction and Development of the North West and South West Regions,PPRD NW/SW has devised new tactics to deliver the goals. The new plan baptised the 2023 Operational Strategy of the PPRD NW/SW was approved during the 5th ordinary session of the PPRD  NW/SW Steering Committee, Thursday April 13,2023. Under the chairmanship of Mr.Balungeli Confiance Ebune, the Bottom Top Approach was adopted as the modus operandi of the Plan during a meeting at the Prime Minister's office in Yaounde.    Bike Riders Protesting At Ngeng's Junction In Bamenda   By Raymond Dingana  An atmosphere of what many say is relative calm has replaced the tensed atmosphere that engulfed Bamenda and it's environs following an incident many feared would plunged the town in to chaos.  In the early hours of Wednesday April 12,2023,the Bamenda Food Market experienced a tensed situation. This was after what eye witnesses described as a Police Van hit a bike that was descending the Fish Pond Hill carrying a lady. Reports say the bike rider died on the spot while the lady she was transporting was rushed to a health facility though other reports are indicating that the woman also died.  According to a witness, the officers didn't show any signs of regret after realising what they had done.  They spoke to us as if  the victims deserved what happened to them. Their behavior was inhumaine, instead of seeing how the injured could be rushed to the hospital,  said a witness who opted for anonymity.

The book which has been described by many as 'Tear Provocking' was launched in Bamenda, Friday March 31,2023. Produced by the Center For Human Right and Democracy in Africa CHRDA,  Buea based Rights Organization that has been documenting cases of Human Rights violations in the context of the Anglophone armed conflict,the book aims to tell the story of sufferers of the crisis who have gone through all forms of inhumane treatments. The Executive Director of CHRDA, Dr.Fokum Violet while launching the book said it tells the story of victims of the Anglophone Crisis that have never been heard before,  The book echoes the voices of those whose stories have not been heard in the Anglophone Crisis. Abeh Ngangieh Of Mendzeh Parish In Bui Division By Raymond Dingana  A Pastor of the Presbyterian Church in Cameroon who was struck to death by lightening in Bui Division of the North West Region of Cameroon has been interred. Rev. Abeh Ngangieh who was serving at Mendzeh Parish in Bui Division before his unfortunate demise was laid to rest at the Presbyterain Church cemetry Up Station Bamenda, Friday March 31 in the presence of family members, his colleagues pastors,Christians and other sympathizers.  Amongst those who attended Rev. Abeh's burial ceremonny was Pastor Ekolle Melvis,Parish Pastor for Tatum Parish in Bui Presbytry who said the deceased was a colleague with whom she had a close working relationship with,  The late Rev.Abeh Ngangieh was a very close collaborator.
