Population Of Tadu, Others Resort To Bush Houses After Bui Cleaning

They explained that the last operation baptised 'Bui Clean'carried out by the Cameroon defense forces that ended some days back caused the death of many civilians. "Many of our loved ones were killed, many are still missing as we speak, corpses are being discovered in bushes with some killed with their hands tied behind their backs. There is no guarantee that, we will be safe if we go back given that, the soldiers have not left Bui which means they can come back for us at any time. Doctors Without Borders Urge Cameroon Government To Prioritize Health Of Citizens

By Raymond Dingana Doctors Without Border known in it's french acronym as MSF has urged the government of Cameroon to put the health needs of the population first by lifting then ban on its health care services. This is contained in a press release signed Tuesday which indicates that, thousands of people in the North West Region of Cameroon continue to struggle to enjoy adequate health care services. “We call once again on the government of Cameroon to put the needs of the population first, and to immediately reinstate MSF’s essential medical services in the North-West. Our operations cannot remain on hold indefinitely, ” MSF said in the press release. Combating Hate Speech: Poor Civilian-Military Relationship Generating Hate, Xenophobia

By Raymond Dingana Transporters and other road users have continued to decry instances of Hate Speech and Xenophobic comments made to them at various security check points in Bamenda by uniform officers. They say, hate names like Ambazonie, Anglofools, and Terrorists taximan among others have been used on them countless times. Extortion, sexual and other forms of military harassments have also given birth to a high level of hate in the communities especially between civilians and uniform officers. To many civilians, this is the source of the hatred they have developed for uniform officers which is only insuring that, the circle of hate continues. One of those who said he has suffered such hate language from uniform officers is this cab driver who only wanted to be referred to his as Gideon. UBa Student Suffering From Gun Shot Wound Finally Gets Medical Help

  By Raymond Dingana Forgambe Sony Neghop, a student of the Universitily of Bamenda, UBa has finally started receiving full medical attention five days after he was shot by unidentified gun men. The Level 300 Boilogy student of the Higher Teacher Training Collage, H.T.T.C was shot and wounded last Sunday May 16,2021 at the Down Quarter Neighbourhood in Bambili. Armed Conflict In NW/SW: Biker Set Ablaze In Oshie

  By Rosaline Obah A commercial bike rider by name Ndibang Samuel has died after he was shot and set ablaze by men in uniform in Oshie village, Momo Division of the North West Region of Cameroon. His charred body was discovered Thursday May 6,2021 along side his commercial motor bike. It is not clear why he was caught, shot and set on fire. Unconfirmed reports indicate that, Ndibang was transporting suspected separatist fighters who had forced him to take them around the village. The suspected armed men immediately jumped in to the bushes when they came face to face with men in military uniform leaving him behind. "He didn't run perhaps because he knew he was only forced to do what he did and was hoping to explain to the soldiers," a native of Oshie told Drayinfos adding that, "he was rather caught, shot and burnt alongside his motor bike without given a chance to explain himself." In a video which we have not been able to independently confirm its veracity that has gone viral, the man is seen removing the items from the pillows expressing shock and disbelief. "I slept on the pillow but could not understand what was happening.i decided to open only to discover underwears, breast wears and other pieces of cloths which may been swept from a tailoring workshop.
