This was during the Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony of the hospital presided at by the Director,  Dr. Denis Nsame at the B-Ward esplanade popularly known as Children's Ward. Though sick, the children could be seen putting on broad smiles with lots of energy, dancing to the rhythms of Christmas Carols, a scene that left many with wet eyes, signifying tears of joy.
