Paul Biya @90:Divine Blend of Grace & Wisdom

President Paul Biya Of Cameroon

PAUL BIYA, PRESIDENT and HEAD OF STATE of Cameroon clocks 90 years of age today February 13, 2023. What Grace and gift of life! But wait a moment. PAUL BIYA came to this world on the 13th day of February 1933. Little wonder for the Grace upon his life.

In numerology, the sacred number 13 is considered to be very karmic. It is associated with the divine, and is said to bring good luck and prosperity to those who embrace it. Contrary to other beliefs, many people believe strongly that the number 13 brings about change, which can often lead to a positive outlook. Paul Biya’s leadership is a pure reflection and revelation of the positivity of the number 13.

PRESIDENT PAUL BIYA’s innate ability to steer the ship of the state from murky waters unperturbed for over 40 years and still counting, and at the age of 90, is not an accident. This feat should be credited to his God-given grace and wisdom.

These two virtues are rare to come by in real life and to be bestowed on one individual. It is either one possesses one of the two or none. But the blend is what makes a human look extraordinary, especially in the eyes of the world.

It is that wisdom, dexterously used by Paul Biya, that has been able to keep Cameroon in one piece for over 40 years today in a turbulent continent. God’s Abundant Grace has given the Head of State a steady and admirable long life to manifest this wisdom.

In II Corinthians 9:8, it is revealed that: “And God is able to make all grace abound toward you, that you, always having all sufficiency in all things, may have an abundance for every good work.”

Just like the book of Proverbs 16:16 puts it: “How much better to get wisdom than gold, to get insight rather than silver!”

One good thing about these blessings on the Head of State is that, he masters the art of valorizing the two without contradiction or excesses. His wisdom has made him unpredictable and a quiet achiever and his grace has given him the strength to master and solve extraordinary situations in ordinary ways. This is backed by Proverbs 14:33 which affirms that: “Wisdom rests in the heart of him who has understanding, but what is in the heart of fools is made known.”

This explains the fact that, his decisions have always been proven right over time. His choices (appointments, policies-national diplomatic…) have often appeared so relevant even in the most critical of situations.

At 90, Biya still runs the show. He walks and reads without any aided device or apparatus. He is legendary in his style and approach to governance. At 90, he is punctual and respects time and engagements.

Wisdom and Grace have earned him great admiration across the African continent and beyond. In Job 12:12, it’s clearly written that “Wisdom belongs to the aged, and understanding to the old.”

It is not by mistake that he is popularly called the Wise Man of Africa.

The Grace of God makes it possible for him to recall very salient issues even at 90.His humility is a definition of statesmanship. His tempo never changes no matter the moments. This is justified in Proverbs 11:2; “When pride comes, then comes disgrace, but with humility comes wisdom.”

Biya is blending rigour and moralization to attain wisdom through grace.

His wisdom has created for him a world of its own. Admired and cherished by many. This is practically what has been the foundation of his stewardship. Ecclesiastes 7:12 confirms that; “For wisdom is a defense as money is a defense, But the excellence of knowledge is that wisdom gives life to those who have it”.

Happy Birthday YOUR EXCELLENCY, PRESIDENT of the Republic.
