"There will also be a chapter of prosperity, with jobs, education, and other opportunities for families. Together, we will."
Bello said together with the population, they will rehabilitate and modernize the roads, establish an agro-industrial path to process agricultural products, and create jobs, invest in education and train youths in technology and entrepreneurship.
"We will expand the healthcare system to the most remote areas, develop energy, and more."
