Ntarinkon Cooperative Credit Union Limited (NtaCCUL) has established itself as the top Cooperative Credit Union in Cameroon and beyond. During their Annual General Assembly Meeting at Bamenda Municipal Stadium on March 1, 2026, it was announced that in 2025, NtaCCUL paid interest on savings totaling 4,250,059,334 FCFA.

NtaCCUL's President, Bar. Akumah Bih Miranda, stated,

"Like in previous years, we have planned to pay 6% interest in 2026, amounting to 4,520,612,311 FCFA."

The appealing 6% interest on savings helped boost membership from 104,107 members in 2024 to 117,213 members in 2025, adding 13,106 new members in a single year.

She also mentioned that the USSD and online app launched in 2024, and GIMAC cards are now available.

"Members can easily apply for GIMAC cards at any branch, allowing them to withdraw money from any bank or microfinance institution in the CEMAC region,"

Bih Miranda explained.

To assist members with these services, specialized centers have been set up in all branches to help with the app, USSD platform, and GIMAC card purchases.

Looking ahead, NtaCCUL plans to open more branches, buy eight ATM machines, and build a three-story building in Bertoua. Security is a priority, with personnel stationed at all branches and security cameras installed after four branches were attacked.

Other achievements in 2025 include the official opening of the Limbe and Ngoundere branches, which began operating in 2024. These branches significantly increased their membership and business. Additionally, a new branch in Bonamoussadi-Douala opened on February 25, 2026.

The Buea branch has been completely renovated, and NtaCCUL is set to launch GIMAC cards soon, along with other accomplishments.
