PM Dion Ngute Visits Bamenda, Implores Population To Stop Fighting, Killing, Destroying

On day one of his visit to Bamenda, chief town of the North West Region of Cameroon, Prime Minister and Head of Government, Chief Dr. Joseph Dion Ngute appealed to the population to stop fighting, killing and being the authors of destruction.

He said the problems raised by Teachers, Lawyers, Politicians, members of the Civil Society among others have all been taken care off. He promised that, those that have not been handled will be provided solutions to.

The Prime Minister was speaking to a multitute of persons who turned out to receive him in Bamenda as he began his three-day visit to the region.

"Because of all these, no one should be in the bush fighting, no need burying children dying in the bushes, no need buring military men and women, no need making like extremely difficult for us and them," The Prime Minister prayed the population.

Chief Dr.Dion Ngute also indicated that, " we all are to work for peace by explaining to those in the bushes to clean the slates, come back together as one people and start enjoying Bamenda as we used to do."

There are hopes that, PM Joseph Dion Ngute's visit to Bamenda will bring the war ravaging the two troubled regions of Cameroon to an end.
