Many years ago, celebrating national day activities in Tubah Subdivision, North West Region of Cameroon, was far-fetched due to the ongoing insecurity caused by the Anglophone Crisis. However, a turning point came with the appointment of Massango Metougue Narcisse as Divisional Officer (DO) for Tubah.
Since his appointment, National Day celebrations, including Youth Day celebrated every 11th February, and Unity Day celebrated every 20th of May, have been successfully held in Tubah, despite security challenges. This achievement is largely attributed to the tireless efforts of Massango Metougue Narcisse and his collaborators.
