Given that Guzang village has not been spared from the social-economic crisis that has been affecting the Anglophone North West and South West Regions of Cameroon for close to ten years now, the Fon’s envoy emphasized that a strong economy is intricately linked to peace. So, empowering villagers through economic opportunities, Operation Green Guzang by reducing poverty will increase stability and enhance economic cohesion.
The initiative also emphasizes the importance of education. By encouraging children to attend school, Guzang Village will be empowering future generations able to take informed decision-making for themselves, the village and the Nation at large,
Tanjoh Fridrick has expressed the optimism that supporting Operation Green Guzang is a contribution to a brighter future for Guzang Village and beyond as the initiative inspires hope and resilience in the face of adversity.
